8-ounce, choice top blade steak with the tenderness of a rib eye and the flavor of a sirloin.
Smothered Prime Rib
Sliced prime rib smothered with a rich mushroom sauce, sautéed mushrooms and monterey jack cheese. Served open-face on top of ciabatta bread with garlic mashed potatoes.

Linguine noodles tossed in bolognese meat sauce, baked with our four-cheese blend, and topped with pepperoni and fresh basil.

Fettuccine noodles tossed in a creamy alfredo sauce topped with grilled chicken and garnished with diced tomatoes.
Grown Ups Mac & Cheese
Thinly sliced philly steak sautéed with red and green pepper, onion and mushrooms. Tossed in a zesty cream sauce with pasta topped with green onions and tomatoes.
Cedar Plank Salmon
Atlantic salmon, roasted on a cedar plank in our brick oven, finished with a light citrus glaze and topped with mango salsa. Served on a bed of wild rice and one side.
